By accessing or using the website treeservicecompton.com, requesting a quote, or engaging Direct Compton Tree Service ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any tree service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Direct Compton Tree Service provides residential and commercial tree services in Compton, CA and surrounding areas, including tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. The specific scope of work for each job is agreed upon in writing before work begins.
All estimates provided by Direct Compton Tree Service are based on an in-person assessment of the work site. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us within 5 business days of job completion and we will assess the concern. Warranty coverage is limited to workmanship defects directly caused by our crew and does not cover damage caused by weather events, acts of nature, or pre-existing conditions not identified in the scope of work.
Tree removal and trimming are irreversible services. We do not offer refunds for completed removal work. If a tree was removed in error due to a miscommunication, we will work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Direct Compton Tree Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or damage to property not directly caused by our crew during active work.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a single job shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific job. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Direct Compton Tree Service maintains general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage as required by the State of California. Certificates of insurance are available upon request before work begins.
If a dispute arises from or relates to these terms or any service performed by Direct Compton Tree Service, we ask that you contact us first at sales@treeservicecompton.com or (424) 435-0838 to attempt informal resolution. If we cannot resolve the matter informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Compton, CA, under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider. This provision does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in court.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
